These terms cover the Buying Desk transactional text program operated by The Purse Ladies Holdings LLC. They supplement our company Terms of Service for this program and do not replace any separately agreed item offer or consignment agreement.

SMS Terms

The Purse Ladies sends automated transactional texts to sellers who request them. Messages concern submitted items, offers and responses, requests for information, requested phone verification and conversations with the Buying Team. This program does not enroll you in promotional messaging.

Optional enrollment

Select the optional text-consent checkbox when submitting an item or updating your seller account. You must provide your own mobile number. To use two-way Buying Desk messaging, sign in and follow the phone-verification instructions in your seller account. Consent and phone verification are separate. Text consent is not required to submit an item or receive email service.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with activity on your items; there is no fixed monthly schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier may charge for messages or data.

Stop texts or get help

Reply STOP to stop texts. You may receive an opt-out confirmation; subsequent transactional notifications will be suppressed. You can also withdraw consent in your seller account. Reply HELP or email [email protected] for assistance. Email and the seller portal remain available. To resume, review and select text consent in your seller account and follow the phone-verification instructions; your carrier may also require a START reply to unblock the number.

Delivery and number changes

Delivery timing is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or missing messages. Tell us when a number is no longer yours and update your seller account. A new number requires consent and phone verification before two-way notifications resume.

Privacy

Read our Privacy Policy for the text program. We do not sell or rent mobile numbers or text-consent records, or share them for third-party marketing.
